When can I pick up or drop off my dog?
We welcome our customers to drop off or pick up their dogs any time during our hours of operation. Note that our check out time is 10 AM. Pick up after 10 AM, does incur another days charge. There are no arrivals or departures before or after hours.

Can I provide food and treats from home?
We prefer your dog to remain on food from home. All food and treats must be in original packaging or provided in a sealed container or bag. We will be happy to follow your pets feeding schedule. We do have a full kitchen on site, so refrigerating items is no problem.

What if my dog has medication?
All prescription medications must be provided in the original prescription bottle, as per Board of Health guidelines. Non prescription medication may be provided in a sealed bag or container, clearly labeled with directions for administering. Some medications will incur an additional fee.

What should I bring for my dog?
Customers are welcome to provide thier dog a bed or crate from home. Toys are also welcome. You do not have to provide food and water bowls from home. If your dog requires a slow feeder or raised feeder, medically, then please provide.

What vaccines does my dog need?
All dogs must have current vaccines. We require Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. The Bordetella vaccine, also known as the kennel cough vaccine, must be given two to three weeks prior to boarding. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

How do I find and manage my online account with PCK?
To access your online account, visit our website and select the "Book a Reservation" link at the top of our homepage. This will land you on the sign in page for your account. Through the portal, customers can access existing reservations, request new reservations, and upload your dog’s vaccine information. Our customers can also update pet info and emergency contact information.
